Abstract

The Omnibus Law on Job Creation (‘Job Creation Law’) is probably the most controversial legislation enacted in recent Indonesian history. This Chapter builds on this existing commentary, presenting a detailed chronology and analysis of the Job Creation Law within Indonesia’s broader political and legal context.
