Abstract

This study investigates the influence of teachers in shaping student leadership, particularly in contexts of academic setbacks and institutional challenges. Using qualitative research methods, including interviews and focus group discussions, the study uncovers how educators act as moral exemplars and facilitators of resilience. Findings suggest that teacher accountability, clear communication, and growth mindset reinforcement significantly affect student leaders' responses to failure. Grounded in Kantian ethics and Cognitive Behavioral Theory, the study offers insights for enhancing educational practices that nurture ethical and accountable leadership among students.
