Abstract

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) play a vital role in supporting national economic growth, particularly in terms of job creation and equitable development. However, MSEs also face significant challenges, such as limited access to capital, technology, and competitiveness. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as a form of corporate social obligation, holds great potential in promoting the sustainability of MSEs. Through local economic empowerment programs, skills training, and market access assistance, CSR can serve as a bridge between corporations and MSEs. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using literature review as the data collection method. The analysis shows that structured collaboration between the private sector and MSEs through CSR has a positive impact on the continuity and independence of small businesses, while also creating sustainable socio-economic outcomes.
