The scope of the paper is to investigate how corporate finance services can be added to traditional asset management/investment management services in order to develop a fully-integrated entrepreneurs' wealth management. The topic is of great interest in Europe and US considering the strategic refocusing that most part of the traditional players in the field of investment management (large investment banks and commercial banks) have started in the last few years. The goal of the refocusing is to fully understand the special features of the entrepreneur's wealth and to produce tailored-made solutions accordingly. A customized set of services is the key factor for long-lasting, mutually-satisfying customer relationships. The paper is articulated as follow. In paragraph 1 we clarify how corporate finance services can be included in the family business activity; paragraph 2 tries to determine the consequences of this inclusion in terms of services that can be provided to entrepreneurs and their families. Paragraph 3 shows what's available on the international financial market in terms of fully-integrated wealth management solutions for entrepreneurs' families: it's a market analysis whose scope is to identify the prevailing best practices. This paragraph examines also the trend that is shaping the wealth management market and provides suggestions to investment and commercial banks in order to increase the effectiveness of their service offering.
