Abstract

The D case presents the perspective of a board member who is concerned about the seemingly dysfunctional dynamics between family members who have significant owner/manager roles. Students must decide how such concerns impact (if at all) their financial concerns for the company. See also the A (UVA-C-2092), B (UVA-C-2093), and C (UVA-C-2094) cases.
