Family Law and Social Law: Reciprocal Dependency in a Comparative Perspective

Abstract
This article examines aspects of the relationship between social law and family law in Sweden, Norway and Great Britain. It considers how family law provisions can affect the distribution of public financial support, and also the way systems of public financial support can affect families.
