Abstract
This paper deals with recognition and enforcement of ICSID awards by national courts and specifically with the prohibition of judicial review. Supporting governmental position about the possibility to submitt ICSID awards for Supreme Court review, many legislative projects have been sent to Congress. Since this would constitued a violation of pacta sunt servanda principle, it would harm Argentine's credibility.
