Abstract

This is a diplomatic history of the Rambouillet conference held to stave off war between NATO and the remnants of Yugoslavia under Slobodan Milosevic at the height of Milosevic campaign of ethnic cleansing in Kosovo against ethnic Albanian Kosovars.
