Utility Run-Behavior Programs

Abstract

From Project economics prospective, EE options are seen as"no regrets" policies, since their net financial cost can be negative, i.e., the measures are justified purely on high financial returns. The justifiable factor is aligning programs to behavioral attitudes for utility’s financial interest. Attitudinal changes can significantly impact successes on energy efficiency programs and the environment. Nations’ policy initiatives can significantly reduce climate change related issues. One factual element that can address environmental degradation is pragmatic policies to address fossil fuel use and habitual actions to address behavioral change in energy sector of an economy. By implementing change from all angles of energy use, nations will be doing well to all and sundry. A collective financial package from developed countries to developing countries could significantly help eliminate various atmospheric gases. The time has come to assist address the use of renewable energy in developing countries, than addressing climate change havoc when occurred.
