Abstract

RussianAbstract: Рассматривается ключевая роль политической элиты в управлении государством, характер формирования элит в России. Проводится анализ участия общественных объединений в выдвижении своих представителей в состав депутатского корпуса региональных центров четырех субъектов Российской Федерации. Выявлена незначительность доли депутатов, избранных в представительные органы власти от общественных организаций.

English Abstract: The key role of the political elite in the state government, as well as the nature of the formation of elites in Russia are considered. The analysis of the participation of public associations in the nomination of their representatives to the deputy corps of the regional centers of five constituent entities of the Russian Federation is carried out. The insignificance of the share of representative authorities deputies elected from public organizations is revealed.
