Abstract
The paper summarizes major new risks which our financial institutions will be subjected to in near future. On one side the advances in technology has led advanced analytics be used in financial services sector but on the other it has also led emergence of InsurTech as a response to the risks posed by cyber-attack. Further, risk Management should not only have the dimension of loss-prevention but also that of value creation and developing robust risk governance framework should be seen as business enabler rather than inhibitor.
