Reasoned Leadership 2.0: A New Framework for Leadership Science (Preprint Edition)

Abstract

Reasoned Leadership 2.0 is the integrative framework that unifies the Reasoned Leadership Suite into a coherent system of leadership science. The manuscript explains how each model in the suite functions independently and how these frameworks interlock to diagnose failure points, counter cognitive distortions, strengthen adaptive capacity, and support measurable performance in complex environments. The work combines theoretical development, historical analyses of leadership collapse, and preliminary behavioral data to offer a structured approach to understanding social complexity and guiding development through evidence rather than intuition or habit. This manuscript anchors the Reasoned Leadership Suite. Independent theoretical components, including Epistemic Rigidity Theory, Adversity Nexus Theory, the 3B Behavior Modification Model, the Contrastive Inquiry Method, and the Chi-Square Twist, are published separately on SSRN as standalone scholarly works.
