Abstract

One of the solutions to environmental problems is the use of green buildings. However, there is no proper mechanism for assessing the quality of construction of this type of building in the country, and the builders only rely on their achievements and there is no kind of unity of procedure or quality assurance. In this research, two methods of statistics and DEMATEL method are used in the analysis. A questionnaire has been prepared and one hundred and fifty different factors active in building construction are inquired. The results of this section indicate that the construction of the green building in Karaj is very low. The lack of codified laws and planned mechanisms have been assigned the highest values associated with barriers, and the most important factor is the mandatory control / quality assurance in the construction of green buildings. There are eleven key factors for the analysis of diesel fuel. The factor of access to the experienced force has the highest degree of effectiveness and interaction, and the criterion for using the green estimator is the lowest level of interaction in this template to implement quality control / quality assurance.
