German Abstract: Dieser Beitrag bietet eine kompakte Einführung in das Thema Digitaler Transformation und zeigt auf, wie sich diese auf relevante Kontextbedingungen von Organisationen auswirkt. Darüber hinaus werden drei konkrete Herausforderungen erläutert, denen sich Organisationen aufgrund der Digitalen Transformation ausgesetzt sehen.

English Abstract: This article offers a compact introduction to the topic of digital transformation and shows how it affects relevant contextual conditions of organizations. In addition, three concrete challenges that organizations face due to digital transformation are explained.
