Abstract

The aim of the present study is to measure the enter levels of job satisfaction of working employees in co-operative societies (Banks). The most valuable asset in an organization is Human resource i.e. employee of the organization. An employee of the organization who comprises blue-collar employees, executives, supervisors, administrators and so on. People join organizations with certain motives like the security of income and job, better prospects in future, and satisfaction of social & psychological needs. So this research study has an objective to know the satisfaction level of cooperative societies’ employees. Data is collected through a structured questionnaire & personal interaction with employees. Simple percentage, cumulative frequency average mean was used to analysis of the data.
