Russian Abstract: Работа посвящена вопросам совершенствования и развития технологии личностно-профессиональной диагностики и оценки управленческих кадров в процессе формирования и развития управленческого резерва, в том числе представлена новая концепция развития комплексной системы личностно-профессиональной диагностики в процессе формирования резерва управленческих кадров, а также описаны некоторые процедуры, входящие в технологию личностно-профессиональной диагностики и оценки руководителей государственной гражданской службы и резерва управленческих кадров.

English Abstract: The work is dedicated to the improvement and development of technology of personal-professional diagnosis and evaluation of managerial staff in the process of formation and development of management reserve, including a new concept of development of a comprehensive system of personal-professional diagnostics in the formation of a reserve of administrative personnel, and describes some of the procedures included technology in personal-professional diagnosis and evaluation of leaders of the state civil service and managerial personnel reserve.
