I'm currently working on a follow-up study on the regulation of social media and the internet by non-legal means based on communication and authority of mayors to maintain and enforce public order and safety. Besides, we are working on a study to map the legal framework for municipalities to monitor social media and the internet (relates to public order and safety) and compare it with the law in action perspective. Ideas on the working paper and the studies I mention here are very much appreciated.
