Abstract
Quality is a key factor for the survival and future development of any organization, as well as one of the most important factors for gaining a competitive advantage in a demanding and dynamic market. One of the basic tasks of management is to choose such a combination of product quality characteristics that will be optimal for buyers.
Following the results of the operation of large, medium and even small enterprises, one comes to the conclusion that only by successfully managing them, the set goals can be achieved, which means achieving greater financial results in operations, but also satisfying the needs of customers.
Analyzing their success and rise, we come to the conclusion that only those organizations succeed and achieve the set goal that have professionally trained management teams, organizations that promptly carry out all the necessary structural changes and that continuously follow the wishes and needs of consumers, while approaching the application of Total quality management (TQM). The indicators say that the organizations that have taken the important step in their operations in a timely manner, that is, have taken an integration approach to full quality management, are visibly gaining a competitive advantage in the market.
Accepting in full the fact that total quality management represents management with the entire organization in order to achieve high results on all dimensions of products and services that are important to the consumer, the two operational goals have fundamental importance. The introduction and use of full quality management in organizations is a very current and complex category, which in the future will provide an incentive for its implementation in order to achieve a competitive advantage.
The research in this paper was carried out in accordance with the modern methodology of scientific research work. It is based on an analytical descriptive methodology that aims to provide relevant insights for the integration approach of total quality management, where organizations will answer the essential questions posed in the research. The classic descriptive research and the used quantitative methodology result in qualitative insights in the concluding observations in this paper.
