Abstract

The future of Human Resources (HR) in 2030 is an exciting prospect to consider, one that will bring with it a range of new opportunities and challenges for the profession. As the world of work continues to evolve, the role of HR will become increasingly important in ensuring that organizations are able to effectively respond to the changing needs of their employees, and to the broader context of a globalized and digitalized economy. In order to meet the needs of the future, HR will require a deep understanding of the changing demands of the labour market, and a commitment to developing a new set of skills and capabilities to meet these needs. This paper seeks to explore these changes and the impact they will have on the profession of HR in the future.
