Abstract

Digital entrepreneurship has the potential to address issues of sustainable development. This paper provides a research agenda on new business models for sustainable development within the context of digital entrepreneurship. The authors identify important research issues and provide a conceptual framework for digital entrepreneurship, sustainable development, and business model innovation. This research provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the literature on digital entrepreneurship and sustainable development. This extensive review of the literature analyses the relationship between digital entrepreneurship and sustainability. The analysis reveals the evolution of this field, as well as significant research themes and influential author, and emerging trends in this discipline. The findings underscore the growing importance of digital entrepreneurship in promoting sustainable development and point to future study prospects. The study highlights the increased interest in digital entrepreneurship as a driver of long-term development and provides suggestions for future research.
