Abstract
In this study, a method for the determination of ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin in eggs by liquid chromatography-Quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry has been established. After the homogenized egg sample was purified and extracted with methanol, the methanol solution was injected into the liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometer for detection of ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin. The contents of ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin in the sample were qualitatived and quantitatived by means of parallel reaction monitoring (PRM) after separated by chromatography column, ionized by electrospray ion source and detected by quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap. The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 8% (n=6), the average recovery was more than 80%, the linear range was 1.0~10.0 ng/mL, and the minimum detection limit of ciprofloxacin was 0.12 ng/mL, the minimum detection limit of enrofloxacin was 0.71 ng/mL.
