Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered the landscape of personal finance, intertwining economic instability with mental health challenges. This paper explores the critical relationship between financial management and mental well-being in the post pandemic era. As face unprecedented economic pressures, the impact on mental health has become increasingly pronounced, necessitating a holistic approach to personal finance that considers psychological factors.
