Abstract

Remote work has changed how teams operate and requires new management approaches. Many companies focus only on these results and neglect how work is done. The PACE Method (Performance, Accountability, Collaboration, Evolution) balances measurable outcomes with effective team processes. This study analyzed how PACE improves team efficiency and adaptability. The study, conducted over six months, found a 30% reduction in software defects, a 40% increase in task completion rates, and a 25% drop in employee turnover in fintech, marketing, and cybersecurity industries. This structured approach ensures that the remote teams remain productive, engaged, and culturally adaptable.
