Abstract

In the context of 4th industrial revolution, human resources became the key to the success of nowadays business and is of undisputed importance. Thus, the topic of employer attractiveness aiming to understand, what attributes of organizations make employees to choose and subsequently to stay in the organization is relevant as never. New generations are entering the labour market; thus, it becomes important to analyse the differences in their drivers and can help improving organizational attractiveness for specific generation employees. The goal of the research, presented it this article, was to identify generational differences in employer attractiveness and to provide recommendations for HR professionals by analysing attractiveness of international financial organization for the employees of different generations. The results, based on focus group insights, are presented in the article. They disclosed that different generations prioritized different attributes of organizational attractiveness.
