Abstract
Now-a-days this was analysed that quality in services vital for satisfaction level. This study basically tells you about the impact of Railway services on customer satisfaction. This study is empirical in nature, which is based on primary data and data was collected through questionnaires which is having 5 points Likert scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree; responses were taken from different area in Gwalior region. This study analyse the service quality components of Indian Railways. Satisfaction among Passengers of Indian railways has its impact on service quality. Services of Railway is evaluated by satisfaction among passengers and expectation fulfilment of passenger.
