Abstract

This paper explores the relationship between employee well-being and productivity, emphasizing the strategic initiatives HR can implement to enhance both. By analysing current trends, best practices, and case studies, the study highlights the importance of mental health support, flexible work arrangements, and employee engagement programs. The findings suggest that organizations prioritizing employee well-being not only improve productivity but also build a sustainable and resilient workforce capable of adapting to future challenges. This research provides actionable insights for HR professionals to design and implement well-being strategies that align with organizational goals.
