Abstract
The self-managing team is a new social phenomenon, which management sociology explores. Despite the absence of direct head, the self-managed team takes management decisions. The article describes the models and methods of managerial decision-making in such teams. We use a Social Network Approach allows to define the center and the periphery of the teams. The results show that different types of decisions are performed by different centers. The data were processed in the program "UCINET". The results confirm the relevance of the use of Social Network Analysis to determine the structure of the management teams and the decision-making process.
